Are you a PRO user, but your features are missing? 

If you are using Voicemod V3, you will realize that there is no way to introduce your License Key if you are a legacy user; this is because Voicemod V3 no longer uses a License Key system, instead if you log into Voicemod with the e-mail address linked to your PRO features, it will automatically detect it.

If this doesn't happen, please reach us out so we can locate your PRO License and update it accordingly, so Voicemod detects your PRO status.

If you contact us to recover it, we will need the following information:

• E-mail address used during the purchase process or possible e-mail addresses that you may have used.
• Your Xsolla or Paddle order number.

With this information we will be able to locate your purchase and assign it correctly.
