Voicemod Overlay: What It Is and How to Set It Up

Voicemod Overlay is a tiny-but-mighty floating HUD that floats on top of your games, streaming apps, or whatever you’ve got running.


Stay in sync with your audience in real time!

  • 🎤 Show your Active Voice – So you always know which filter is live!

  • 🎵 Show your Now-Playing Sound – Perfect for timing those meme SFX!

⚙️ How to Enable the Overlay

Note: It's Disabled by default.

  1. Open Voicemod and hit the ⚙️ Settings icon.

  2. Switch to the Overlay tab.

  3. Switch Enable Overlay toggle to ON.

Boom! The HUD spawns in the top-left corner of your currently selected app.

🧭 Want to reposition it? Just move it wherever suits you best!

So you’ve got the Voicemod Overlay on deck, now it’s time to style it your way.

  • In the same Overlay tab, open the Display position dropdown and pick from 8 snappy screen spots, from Top-Left to Bottom-Right.
    Wanna go corner mode? Center stage? Easy pickings.

  • Even better, you can just click directly on the preview screen to set the vibe.
    No drag drama, just click and done. 💅

  • Prefer that keybind magic? Set custom keybinds to Show/Hide and quick-swap positions like a Pro.
    Your stream, your control panel.

🎮 Registered Apps & Games

Scroll down past the toggles and you’ll spot a list of every game or app Voicemod is currently linked up with. It’s like your Overlay cheat sheet.

PRO Tip: Only turn it on for the apps you want. That way, when it’s time to chill (like, zen playlist + no memes), your screen stays clean and focused.

🍎 I'm on macOS and I can't see this feature!

Sadly, as of writing this guide, this feature isn't available for the macOS version of Voicemod V3 due to technical reasons.

We hope to be bringing this new feature to macOS devices as soon as possible!
