To make changes to your license, you have to contact us with the same email you have linked to your Voicemod License and keep this in mind:
As indicated in our Terms of Use, your account is personal to you and you are not permitted to transfer, lend or share it with any other user or person.
If you no longer have access to this email, you have to send us some proof of your purchase. We could use one of these two things:
- Xsollas or Paddle's invoice with the Voicemod order.
- Receipt from your bank, Paypal... with the charge for the Voicemod purchase.
Please contact us via our Contact form and we will update your license to your new mail.
