Are you a PRO user, but your features are missing?
There are two possible ways to recover your PRO status, depending if you are using Voicemod V2 or V3.
Voicemod V2.
Voicemod V3.
Voicemod V2:
Note that currently, Voicemod PRO licenses are linked with your Voicemod V2 installation, not with your login account.
If you restore, clean your computer or you are using a new computer (sometimes it even happens because of some change in the computer: update, IP changes...), you will have to activate again your license because it is still linked with your previous installation.
If you are not already logged in, log in using your preferred login credential and then introduce your license key as indicated below.
Search on your email for your Voicemod License Code.
You can filter by license@voicemod.net in your email:
and type it on your Voicemod app on the following window and click on "Activate":
Then, for security reasons, once you have activated the license for the first time on your PC, if you want to activate it again a second time, you will be asked to confirm the activation by email.
Go to your inbox email associated with your purchase (remember that it may not match the email with which you have logged in), search on your email for your request to link your Voicemod PRO license.
You can filter by license@voicemod.net in your email:
and click on "Click here to transfer the license".
If you have confirmed the request in less than 10 minutes, you will get this message in your browser:
After that, go back to Voicemod and click "Continue".
To finish, just click on OK. Your pr0 license will be activated.
If you have received the email more than 10 minutes later or you have taken more than 10 minutes to confirm the request, you will receive this message when trying to confirm the activation request.
In this case, please start the reactivation process again.
In case you have requested the license reactivation several times in a short period of time, make sure you click on the reactivation link of the last mail received.
Remember: at the moment the 'Account' section only shows the email encrypted with which you have logged in. If you want to activate your license you will have to do it as described above:
Voicemod V3:
If you are using Voicemod V3, you will realize that there is no way to introduce your License Key; this is because Voicemod V3 no longer uses a License Key system, instead if you log into Voicemod with the e-mail address linked to your PRO features, it will automatically detect it.
If this doesn't happen, please reach us out so we can locate your PRO License and update it accordingly, so Voicemod detects your PRO status.
If you contact us to recover it, we will need the following information:
- E-mail address used during the purchase process or possible e-mail addresses that you may have used.
- Your Xsolla or Paddle order number.
With this information we will be able to locate your purchase and assign it correctly.
