If our plugin is not downloading/installing properly it must be a problem affecting the Stream Deck software because the installation of the plugins is up to Elgato.
In any case, it may have happened that it was not installed correctly the first time and is preventing the installation from working properly.
Please, delete this first installation because maybe this is causing the problem.
Follow these steps:
- Close the Stream Deck software completely. Make sure that it no longer appears in the system tray.
- Run the command Windows key + R and write %appdata%\Elgato\StreamDeck\Plugins and click on OK.
- Delete the folder net.voicemod.windowsdesktop.sdPlugin
- Open Stream Deck again and try to download/install Voicemod plugin throw the Stream Deck software.
