このガイドでは、Dual PC Setup (ゲーミング パソコン - ストリーミング パソコン) の構成で、1台のコンピュータ上でVoicemodを使用する例について説明します。

ゲーミングパソコンの動作が最適であることを前提に、このガイドではVoicemodをストリーミングパソコンにインストールします。この構成に馴染みのあるユーザーであれば、この使用例を特定の用途に応用することができるはずです。

GAMING PC

1.- Install Voicemeeter Potato software:

• Download from https://download.vb-audio.com/Download_CABLE/Voicemeeter8Setup.exe 
• Install
• Reboot PC

2.- Install a Virtual Cable:

• Download from https://vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm
• Unzip the file downloaded
• Run the installer as administrator: VBCABLE_Setup_x64.exe
• Reboot PC

3.- Config Discord:

• Input Device: Your Microphone
• Output Device: Cable Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)

4.- Config Windows:

• Output Device: VoiceMeeter Input
• Input Device: VoiceMeeter Aux Output
• Advanced Settings: Discord – Output Device: CABLE Input (VB-Audio)

5.- Config Voicemeeter Potato:

• Input Devices:
  • YOUR REAL MICROPHONE: Enable A1 (to monitor) and A3 (to stream to STREAMING PC via VBAN).
  • YOUR REAL DISCORD (Cable Output): Choose WDM or MME depending on the audio subsystem you use in Discord (WDM if you use the Standard subsystem (recommended) and MME if you use the Legacy subsystem). Set the Cable Output Enable A1 (to monitor) and A4 (to stream to STREAMING PC via VBAN).
  • VOICEMOD LINKED FROM STREAMING PC: A1 (to monitor).
  • MUSIC LINKED FROM STREAMING PC: A1 (to monitor).
  • ALERTS STREAMING FROM STREAMING PC: A1 (to monitor).
  • YOUR AUDIO WINDOWS PC FROM GAMING PC (Windows default output device: VoiceMeeter Input): A1 (to monitor), A2 (to stream to STREAMING PC via capture card), A5 (to monitor in STREAMING PC via VBAN).

• Output Devices:
  • HEADSETS (Output: A1) – to monitor
  • CAPTURE CARD (Output: A2) – to stream to STREAMING PC

• Config VBAN:
  • Enable VBAN.
  • Give Voicemeeter Potato connection permissions.:

• • Outgoing Streams:
    • MICROPHONE (Streaming PC IP) – BUS A3
    • DISCORD (Streaming PC IP) – BUS A4
    • AUDIO WINDOWS PC GAMING (Streaming PC IP) – BUS A5

• • Incoming Streams: 
    • ALERTS STREAMING (Streaming PC IP) – In #5
    • MUSIC (Streaming PC IP) – In #4
    • VOICEMOD (IP Streaming PC IP) – In #3

Remember that it is necessary to keep the same Stream name from STREAMING PC because otherwise, it will not connect. With the right-button, you should be able to set the Incoming Stream too.

STREAMING PC

1.- Install Voicemeeter Potato software:

• Download from: https://download.vb-audio.com/Download_CABLE/Voicemeeter8Setup.exe 
• Install
• Reboot PC

2.- Install Virtual Cable:

• Download from: https://vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm
• Unzip
• Ejecutar el instalador como administrador: VBCABLE_Setup_x64.exe
• Reboot PC

3.- Config Windows:

• Output Device: VoiceMeeter Input
• Input Device: VoiceMeeter Aux Output
• Advanced Settings: Music – Output Device: CABLE Input (VB-Audio)   

4.- Config Voicemod:

• Input Device: VoiceMeeter Output
• Output Device: VoiceMeeter VAIO3

5.- Config Voicemeeter Potato:

• Input Devices:
  • MICROPHONE LINKED FROM GAMING PC: A1 (to monitor) and B1 (to feed a Voicemod).
  • DISCORD LINKED FROM GAMING PC: A1 (to monitor) and B2 (to feed OBS software).
  • VOICEMOD (Voicemod Microphone): A1 (to monitor) and A5 (to stream to GAMING PC via VBAN).
  • AUDIO WINDOWS GAMING PC: A1 (to monitor).MUSIC (Cable Output (VB-Audio)): A1 (to monitor) and A4 (to stream to GAMING PC via VBAN).
  • AUDIO WINDOWS STREAMING PC (Windows default output device: VoiceMeeter Input): A1 (to monitor) and A3 (to stream to GAMING PC via VBAN).

• Output Device:
  • HEADSETS (Output: A1) – to monitor

• Config VBAN:
  • Give Voicemeeter Potato connection permissions:

    • ALERTS (Gaming PC IP) – BUS A3
    • MUSIC (Gaming PC IP) – BUS A4
    • VOICEMOD (Gaming PC IP) – BUS A5

• • Incoming Streams: 
    • MICROPHONE (Gaming PC IP) – In #1
    • DISCORD (Gaming PC IP) – In #2
    • AUDIO WINDOWS PC GAMING (Gaming PC IP) – In #4

Remember that it is necessary to keep the same Stream name from GAMING PC because otherwise, it will not connect. With the right-button, you should be able to set the Incoming Stream too.

6.- Config OBS software:

• Video-Input: Capture Card

• Audio Inputs:
  • MICROPHONE FROM GAMING PC (VoiceMeeter Output = B1)
  • DISCORD FROM GAMING PC (VoiceMeeter Aux Output = B2)
  • VOICEMOD (Voicemod Microphone)MUSIC  (Cable Output (VB-Audio))
  • AUDIO FROM GAMING PC: Capture Card
