If you receive this error it means that you are unable to contact our servers to open Voicemod.
Firstly, visit our Status page to check that all our services are up and running.
Secondly, make sure you do not have any restrictions on your connection.
If you do not have any restrictions and our servers are up and running, means that you are missing a security certificate to complete the connection.
Voicemod requires, for your security and ours, that you have a certificate installed on your computer to validate the connection with our servers during the start-up.
Please follow these instructions carefully to install this certificate and solve the problem:
Go to Let's Encrypt, the non-profit certification authority, to download the self-signed ISRG Root X1 certificate:
Once downloaded, install the certificate by double-clicking on the file and following these steps:
-
Click on Open.
-
Click on Install Certificate.
-
Select Local Machine and click on Next.
-
Allow the Windows host process (Rundll32) to make changes to your device by clicking on Yes.
-
Select "Place all certificates in the following store" and click on Browse.
-
Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK.
-
Click on Next.
-
And Finish.
