Want voice chatting with effects on your Switch 2?Want to prank your squad with real-time chaos? Curious how to plug in Voicemod with your console and go full chaos?
Your Switch 2 console can have voice effects now! No PC required! Just plug in and start wildness!
Just plug in your Voicemod Key (VMKey), fire up the Voicemod app on your phone, and start sounding like whoever (or whatever) you want in real-time. It’s super easy! And super cursed, if you want it to be!
How to connect
Step 1: Connect VMKey to your phone and open Voicemod
Plug VMKey into your smartphone and open the Voicemod app. Wait for the connection confirmation and keep the app running.
Step 2: Link VMKey to the console’s headset input
Use the included 3.5 mm TRRS cable from VMKey’s Controller jack to the console’s headset input. If your setup requires USB-C, attach a USB-C ↔ 3.5 mm audio adapter to the console, then plug in the cable.
Step 3: Plug your headset into VMKey
Connect your headphones with mic to VMKey’s Headset jack. Your processed voice will be sent to the console as if it were a standard headset mic.
Step 4: Enable voice chat in supported games
Launch a title that supports in-game voice chat and enable its voice options. Speak to test—adjust the phone’s media volume and the game’s mic level until your voice sounds natural.
Note: Voice chat availability varies by game. VMKey delivers your mic audio to the console; the game must support voice chat to hear you in lobbies or matches.
