If you have a "You're In!" message, but immediately after that, the "Whoops!" message prompts up, it means that your browser is not managing to communicate with Voicemod and this must be due to the use of a firewall, antivirus, VPN, or some restriction in your network. Please, in this case, follow the guidelines in our Help Center article related to Server Issues.
If you receive this error directly in your web browser, without You're in! when you try to log in to Voicemod:
It means your access could not be verified. To get it fixed, you have to go back to the Voicemod and log in again.
Please, firstly, update to the last version: https://www.voicemod.net/downloadVoicemod.php
If the error appears again. Please check that your ad-blockers are not blocking the site for login. Give permissions or disable them temporarily.
If you don't have ad-blockers or giving permissions or disabling them temporarily doesn't solve your problem, please, try to log in again in any of these ways:
- Using the incognito mode of your browser and going to https://account.voicemod.net/#/?action=login
- Deleting on your default browser all the cookies related to Voicemod and empty your browser cache.
- Installing and setting by default another browser that you have not used until now.
If this doesn't solve your problem either, please use other login social options (Gmail, Discord, Twitch, your email...).
