Do you want to use Voicemod without having to buy a microphone? This is the article for you.

1. Install a virtual audio device

2. Temporarily routes the sound of your music player through the installed virtual audio device

3. Play sound through that routed virtual device

4. Open Voicemod and select the virtual audio device as your microphone

5. Remember to unroute the virtual cable from your music player again

• Install a virtual audio device like VB-CABLE Virtual Audio Device.

  • Download and install the virtual cable.

  • After restarting your Windows, you should see a new audio device installed.

• Temporarily routes the sound of your music player through the installed virtual audio device.

  • Go to System > Sound > Volume mixer
  • Change the Output device of your default music player to the virtual audio device
    

• Play sound through that routed virtual device.

  • Note that you will not hear it because it is being played through the virtual audio device.
    

• Open Voicemod and select the virtual audio device as your microphone.

• • Finish the Audio Wizard to start using Voicemod playing sounds through our virtual microphone.

• Remember to unroute the virtual cable from your music player again

  • Go to System > Sound > Volume mixer
  • Change the Output device of your default music player to your Default audio device
