Keep in mind for the proper functioning of Voicemod you have to use headphones. If you use speakers, the sound may feed your microphone and create feedback that will ruin the experience.
If that happens and you cannot or do not want to use headphones, please turn down the input and/or output volume of your devices.
You can do this directly in Voicemod as these volumes control the overall system volume.
You can lower the sensitivity of the microphone or the volume of your speakers.
Once you have adjusted these volumes you can try activating the HEAR MYSELF again.
If you are using headphones and still get this warning, perhaps the volume is too high and Voicemod is detecting audio feedback. In that case, we recommend the same advice.
