In this article, we'll guide you through setting up your Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface to work with Voicemod, these steps applies to most audio interfaces.

Select Audio Input and Output Devices within Voicemod:
- First, choose the Focusrite Analogue Input os your Voicemod Input.
- Then, select your headphones as your Voicemod Output. However, If your headphones are connected to the Focusrite Audio interface via Jack, select "Speakers (Focusrite USB Audio)" as your output device.

Adjust Windows Sound Settings*:
*Only on v2- If you notice that you can only hear yourself from one side (usually, left one), you'll need to adjust the sound settings within Windows.
- Go to your sound settings and change the Sample Rate of the "Analogue 1+2" input to 1 channel, as shown below:
Also make sure that you have installed the drivers of your Audio Interface and configured it accordingly; as you may also be able to change the sample rate on its software.

Additionally, if you are using Focusrite 3rd Gen onwards and you do not hear yourself, you will have to install the software Focusrite Control; there you can activate the following option:
(Combine Input 1 and Input 2)
In some cases, if your Focusrite 3rd Gen+ has two XLR ports, connecting your microphone to the first port will work as well.
